Raised and mentored by some of the most influential figures in music including Chris Lighty of Violator Management, Chuck D of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted Public Enemy, and Jean Nelson, Co-President of BPG/Maverick Josh’s foundation was built on authenticity, discipline, visionary and artistic brilliance.

Josh is the Founder and CEO of Real Vibez Only Inc., a forward thinking entertainment company and independent label built to challenge industry norms. Drawing from years of experience as an A&R, producer, and creative strategist, Josh launched Real Vibez Only as a home for authentic voices, boundary pushing sound, and artist-first development. Under his leadership, the brand has grown into a cultural imprint spanning music, production, and creative direction.

Artist Career & Chart Success

As an artist, Josh released his debut EP “Therapy Sessions” in 2022, co-produced by The Heatmakerz. The project marked a breakthrough moment, blending raw honesty with polished production. His single “Gametime” climbed to #9 on the Hip-Hop charts and cracked the Top 100 worldwide across all genres.

He followed with his sophomore EP Fated, which delivered sustained commercial success. The single “Qonfused” peaked at #20, while “Live For Me” charted in the Top 50 worldwide for consecutive weeks. During this period, Real Vibez Only became the only independent label with an artist breaking into the Top 10 charts, solidifying Josh’s position as both a creative and entrepreneurial force.
